섬의 찬송가(THE ISLAND HYMN)는 프린스 에드워드 섬의 소위 애국심을 고취시키는 애국가로서 모드 여사가 가사를 썼고 로렌스 왓슨(Lawrence W. Watson)이 곡을 붙였습니다. 1907년 샬롯타운에서 식목일격인 Abor day에 초연되었습니다. 마침 제가 곡을 갖고 있어서 같이 소개해 봅니다. 곡에 대한 자세한 내용은 로맨티스트님 글을 참고하세요.
